Golden Buttercake Mix: Wheat Flour (Thiamin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Emulsifiers (471, 477, Soy Lecithin)), Raising Agents (450, 500, 341), Salt, Natural Flavour (Milk), Natural Colour (160a).

Preparation Instructions

Golden Buttercake Prep: 5 mins Cook: 50-55 mins Serves: 12 All you need is - 60g (3 Tbsp) Soft Butter or Margarine Spread(White Wings recommends MeadowLea spread) - 2 Eggs (59g each) - 175mL (3/4 cup) milk 1. Preheat oven to 170°C conventional or 150°C fan-forced. Grease a 6cm deep x 20cm round cake pan. Line the base with baking paper. 2. Mix Place the cake mix, soft butter or margarine spread(White Wings recommends MeadowLea spread), eggs and milk into a medium mixing bowl. Using electric mixer, beat on low speed for 30 seconds to combine. Increase speed to medium and mix for 2 mins, scraping down sides of bowl occasionally. Pour mixture into prepared pan. 3. Bake Bake for 50-55(Time may vary depending on oven) mins or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Stand for 10 mins in pan before turning onto a wire rack to cool completely. Serving suggestion: dust cooled cake with icing sugar.

Storage Instructions

Golden Buttercake Mix best stored in cool, dry conditions at or below 25°C.
